Abstract

 簡易に製造することができ、電力取り出し効率が高く、大型化に適した色素増感太陽電池およびその製造方法を提供する。  色素増感太陽電池は、透明基板12と、色素を吸着した多孔質半導体層14と、導電性金属膜16と、導電膜を備えた基板を備え、導電性金属膜16と導電膜を備えた基板の間に電解質を有する。導電性金属膜16には、深い孔状の多数の貫通孔が不規則に形成される。導電性金属膜16は、外部電極に電気的に接続される。貫通孔は、形状異方性を有する微粒子28を多孔質半導体層14上に配置して形成した微粒子層上に導電性金属膜16を形成し、ついで、加熱によりまたは溶剤洗浄により微粒子層を消失させることにより得られる。
