Abstract

【課題】 機能性と品質に優れ、しかも、低コストでの量産が可能なナノ機能性シリカ粒子を提供する。 【解決手段】 メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン(MPS)、メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシラン(MPES)、メルカプトプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン(MPDMS)、トリメトキシ[2-(7-オキサビシクロ[4.1.0]-ヘプトー3-イル)エチル]シラン(EpoPS)、チオシシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン(TCPS)およびアクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(ACPS)からなる群より選択される1種または数種のシリカ化合物を含む被覆層と、前記被覆層内部に機能性粒子を含む、イメージングやアッセイ、診断、治療等、医療やバイオ研究等に利用される、ナノ機能性シリカ粒子が本発明によって提供される。
