Abstract
ホスホエノールピルビン酸カルボキシキナーゼ活性が増強するように改変された有機酸生産能を有する腸内細菌科に属する細菌であって、エンテロバクター属、パントエア属、エルビニア属、クレブシエラ属、及びラウルテラ属から選択される細菌、又は該細菌の処理物を、炭酸イオン、重炭酸イオン、または二酸化炭素ガスを含有する反応液中で有機原料に作用させることによって、有機酸を生成させ、該有機酸を採取することにより、有機酸を製造する。
