Abstract

　従来より大きい圧電定数を示し室温付近（１０°C～４０°C）に２次相転移点を有しない、ＫＮｂＯ3－ＮａＮｂＯ3系圧電磁器組成物の提供。ニオブ酸カリウム・ナトリウムを（ＫxＮａ1-x）ＮｂＯ3、ニオブ酸リチウムをＬｉＮｂＯ3、チタン酸ストロンチウムをＳｒＴｉＯ3、鉄酸ビスマスをＢｉＦｅＯ3としたときに、（１－ｙ－ｚ－ｗ）（ＫxＮａ1-x）ＮｂＯ3＋ｙＬｉＮｂＯ3＋ｚＳｒＴｉＯ3＋ｗＢｉＦｅＯ3（ただし、０．４＜ｘ＜０．６、０＜ｙ≦０．１、０＜ｚ＜０．１、０＜ｗ＜０．０９、０．０３＜ｙ＋ｚ＋ｗ≦０．１２である。）で表される圧電磁器組成物。
