Abstract

 オゾン発生器3と、オゾン発生器3により発生したオゾンを濃縮するために一定温度の冷媒25で冷却されたシリカゲル6を内包した吸脱着塔4と、冷媒25を冷却するための冷凍機23と、オゾンを吸着したシリカゲル6から主に酸素を排気することにより、吸脱着塔4内のオゾン濃度を高めるための真空ポンプ20と、吸脱着塔4に対して流入または流出させるガスの流路を切り替えるための空気圧操作の複数のバルブ8~13と、真空ポンプ20によりオゾン濃度が高められたオゾンの濃度を測定するためのオゾン濃度計28,29とを備え、真空ポンプ20の排気ラインを他の吸脱着塔4に接続し、当該他の吸脱着塔4に再度通過させる。これにより、安定した高濃度オゾンを吸脱着塔の上下の温度差なく、エネルギー効率良く発生させる。
