Claims (8)
- 航空機内で空気に含まれる酸素を濃縮する装置において、
空気を排出するための過圧源(110)と、
水分離器(150)と、
窒素を交互に吸着および脱着するために並列に配置された2つの分子ふるい層(200)と、
各分子ふるい層(200)の間の洗浄気体流を可能にする流動伝達装置(210)と、
酸素が濃縮された生成ガス流の流量を測定する流量センサ(250)と、
生成ガス流の酸素濃度を測定する酸素測定装置(260)と、
分子ふるい層(200)から出てくる生成ガス流に対する切換装置(270)と、が直列の並びで設けられており、
切換装置(270)の第1の切換位置では排出通路(320)への流動接続が成立し、第2の切換位置では消費部配管(310)への流動接続が成立し、生成ガス流の流量と酸素濃度との積としての酸素出力が事前設定された閾値に達したとき、もしくはこれを上回ったときに第1の切換位置から第2の切換位置への切換信号を生成する手段が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 排出通路(320)に絞り部位(280)が設けられている請求項1記載の装置。
- 排出通路(320)が、生成ガス流と洗浄気体流との共通の流動通路として構成されている請求項1又は請求項2記載の装置。
- 排出通路(320)が、水分離器(150)によって分離された凝集水を受け入れるように施工されている請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 航空機内で空気に含まれる酸素を濃縮する装置を作動させる方法において、
前記装置では、
空気を排出するための過圧源(110)と、
水分離器(150)と、
窒素を交互に吸着および脱着するために並列に配置された2つの分子ふるい層(200)と、
各分子ふるい層(200)の間の洗浄気体流を可能にする流動伝達装置(210)と、が直列の並びで設けられており、
次の各ステップを備えており、すなわち、
吸着段階にある分子ふるい層(200)から出てくる生成ガス流の流量を流量センサ(250)で測定し、
生成ガス流の酸素濃度を酸素測定装置(260)で測定し、
生成ガス流の流量と酸素濃度との積としての酸素出力が事前設定された閾値を下回っている準備段階中には生成ガス流を排出通路に誘導し、
酸素出力が事前設定された閾値に達している、もしくは上回っている動作段階中には生成ガス流を消費部配管(310)に供給することを特徴とする方法。 - 排出通路(320)に絞り部位(280)が設けられている請求項5記載の方法。
- 排出通路(320)が、生成ガス流と洗浄気体流との共通の流動通路として構成されている請求項5又は請求項6記載の方法。
- 排出通路(320)に、水分離器(150)によって分離された凝集水を導く請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
