Abstract

　標識抗コルチゾール抗体と被検対象の血液試料とを混合し、該標識抗コルチゾール抗体と血液試料に含まれているコルチゾールとの抗原抗体反応を行なうステップ、前記ステップで得られた混合物をコルチゾールが固定化されている基材を備えたイムノクロマトグラフィー用検査片上で展開させ、前記混合物中で遊離している標識抗コルチゾール抗体を、前記基材に固定化されているコルチゾールと抗原抗体反応させて該コルチゾールに結合させるステップ、前記ステップでコルチゾールに結合している標識抗コルチゾール抗体の量を測定するステップ、および前記ステップで測定された標識抗コルチゾール抗体の量に基づき、血液試料が副腎静脈サンプリング検査に適する品質を有するか否かを評価するステップを含む血液試料の品質評価方法。
