Abstract

 反射部材1の反射部20は、パイプWの穴の入口側開口から出口側開口へ向けて穴の内面を移動する。このとき反射部20は、その両側のガイド部30により案内される。パイプWの穴の内面へ投射されたショットは、入口側のガイド部30の孔を通じて、反射部20に到達し、そこでパイプWの穴の内面へ向けて反射される。これにより湾曲部Pの穴の内面内側へショットを反射させることができるから、ショットが湾曲部Pの穴の内面外側に偏る傾向を小さくすることができる。その結果、パイプWの薄肉化に対応することができるから、パイプWの高強度化および軽量化を同時に図ることができる。その結果、作業性・汎用性の向上を図ることができ、かつパイプの湾曲部の穴の内面への適用が容易となる。
