Ce dispositif de guidage (2) d'un cordage comporte : un corps (3) comprenant une gorge de guidage (6) en forme générale de U délimitée par une paroi comprenant une base (4) et deux branches (5) positionnées de part et d'autre de la base dans un plan, la gorge de guidage étant destinée à guider un premier cordage (7), deux lumières de guidage (9) d'une boucle fermée d'un second cordage (10) servant à la fixation du dispositif sur un point fixe (11) ou sur une pièce mobile à manœuvrer, les deux lumières de guidage s'étendant de part et d'autre du plan défini par la gorge de guidage (6), et étant situées à l'opposé des branches (5) par rapport à la base (4) de la paroi délimitant la gorge de guidage, et un plot de fixation (12) de la boucle fermée du second cordage (10) positionné entre les branches du U.
