Abstract

 接合分離部の周囲長を短くして絶縁抵抗を改善し、高効率の太陽電池を提供する。  第1導電型の半導体基板を貫通する貫通電極により受光面電極を裏面電極に接続する光電変換素子において、前記半導体基板の裏面に前記貫通電極の周囲に形成した接合分離部と、前記接合分離部を覆うように形成され、前記貫通電極が貫通する絶縁膜と、前記絶縁膜上に形成され、前記受光面電極と接続される前記貫通電極に接続される裏面電極とを備える。
