Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Endtiterbestimmung bei der Bestimmung von Antikörpern gegen nukleäre und zytoplasmatische Antigene in Humanen Seren mittels indirekten Immunfluoreszenz Test. Die Erfindung betrifft darüber hinaus einen Kit zur in-vitro Diagnostik zur Bestimmung von Antikörpern gegen nukleäre und zytoplasmatische Antigene in Humanen Seren mittels indirekten Immunfluoreszenz Test und ein Computerprogramm zur Auswertung und zur Bestimmung des Endtiters im Rahmen des genannten Verfahrens.
