Abstract

トリフルオロメタンスルホニルクロリド（ＣＦ3ＳＯ2Ｃｌ）と金属フッ化物を、水の存在下、反応させることにより、トリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリド（ＣＦ3ＳＯ2Ｆ）を製造する方法にあたり、水の量を金属フッ化物１００質量％に対し０．６質量％～１０．０質量％の範囲で行うことを特徴とする、トリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリドの製造方法が開示されている。この製造方法は、従来の製造法に比べ、短工程で、高収率かつ高純度でトリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリドを製造できる。
