Abstract

 プラズマ処理システムは、複数の膜を成膜又はエッチングするプラズマ処理装置と、複数の膜を成膜又はエッチングするために必要なすべてのガスを供給するガス供給源とを有している。そして、制御装置によって、複数の膜の各膜を成膜又はエッチングするために必要なガスが、ガス供給源からガス配管を通って、選択的にプラズマ処理装置内に供給される。これによって、一のプラズマ処理装置内で異なる組成の複数の膜を成膜又はエッチングすることができる。
