Abstract

 単純換気運転中において、調湿装置である外気調和機(10)では、第1バイパス用ダンパ(83)が開かれて室外空気がそのまま室内へ供給される。単純換気運転中に室外の気温が35°Cを上回ると、外気調和機(10)の運転が除湿換気運転へ強制的に切り換わり、蒸発器として動作する吸着熱交換器(51,52)を通過した室外空気が室内へ供給される。また、単純換気運転中に室外の気温が5°Cを下回ると、外気調和機(10)の運転が加湿換気運転へ強制的に切り換わり、凝縮器として動作する吸着熱交換器(51,52)を通過した室外空気が室内へ供給される。つまり、外気調和機(10)の運転が単純換気運転から除湿換気運転や加湿換気運転に切り換わると、室内へ供給される空気の温度と室内の気温との差が、単純換気運転中に比べて小さくなる。
