Abstract

 リチウムイオンを吸蔵および放出可能な遷移金属酸化物を含有する正極、リチウムイオンを吸蔵および放出可能な負極、セパレータならびに非水電解質を含む非水電解質二次電池において、少なくとも正極と負極との間に、ポリアミド膜または無機酸化物を含有する多孔質膜を配置するとともに、非水電解質に不飽和スルトンを含有させる。これにより、非水電解質二次電池の初期のレート特性を維持したまま、高温保存後における電池のレート特性の低下を抑制し、電池の保存特性を向上させ得る。
