Abstract

【課題】フロンや塩素系溶剤の代換え溶剤として使用されている臭素系溶剤は、フロンや塩素系溶剤に比較して分解しやすいことが特徴である。従来の臭素系の洗浄組成物は、防錆剤やニトロエタンなどの安定剤を用いて分解を防いでいたが、これらの洗浄剤をプリント基板の洗浄剤に用いると、絶縁抵抗の低下をもたらし、リーク不良などが発生することがあった。 【解決手段】臭素系の溶剤の安定剤として、n-プロピルブロマイド、メチレンブロマイド、ブロモクロロメタン、n-ブチルブモマイド、イソブチルブロマイド、sec-ブチルブロマイド、ter-ブチルブロマイドから選択される臭化物と炭素数４～１０のアルケン系炭化水素またはアルキン系炭化水素を混合したものからなる非引火性洗浄組成物を用いる。
