Abstract

電気接続箱１０は、電源Ｂに接続されるＦＥＴ３２と、ＦＥＴ３２に接続されて、ＦＥＴ３２と負荷Ｌとを接続する基板側導電路１８と、基板側導電路１８に対して電気的に且つ伝熱的に接続されると共にＰＮ接合を含むダイオード素子Ｄと、ダイオード素子Ｄの入出力端子２５，２６間の電圧降下値が閾値よりも大きいか否かを判断し、電圧降下値が閾値よりも小さいと判断された場合にはＦＥＴ３２にオフ指令信号を出力するＣＰＵ１９とを備える。
