Abstract

 本発明は、でんぷん質を含有する茶飲料に関する。具体的には、でんぷん質を0.009重量%以上含有する穀類茶飲料であって、平均粒子径が1μm以下の超微粉砕茶葉を添加することにより、穀類茶特有の適度な焙煎香とまろやかさを有し、でんぷん質の糊感が低下された、呈味が改善された茶飲料に関する。本発明はまた、そのような穀類茶飲料の製造方法や、穀類茶飲料の呈味改善方法にも関する。
