Abstract

 ポリ-ガンマ-グルタミン酸合成に関与する遺伝子群のなかで、枯草菌における<>pgsB</>遺伝子又は当該遺伝子に相当する遺伝子と、枯草菌における<>pgsC</>遺伝子又は当該遺伝子に相当する遺伝子を宿主微生物に導入し、枯草菌における<>pgsA</>遺伝子又は当該遺伝子に相当する遺伝子を上記宿主微生物に導入していない、ポリ-ガンマ-グルタミン酸生産能を有する組換え微生物、および上記組換え微生物を用いたポリ-ガンマ-グルタミン酸の製造方法。
