Abstract

 吸着対象物質の飽和吸着量を増大或いは飽和吸着に至るまでの時間を短縮可能で、カラム容量を大幅に低減可能で治療時間の大幅な短縮が可能な体液浄化処理用の吸着カラムを提供する。少なくとも低密度リポタンパクを含む吸着対象物質に特異的に結合する官能基6を多孔質担体5の表面に固定してなる体液浄化処理用の吸着カラムであって、多孔質担体5が、3次元網目構造のシリカゲルまたはシリカガラスからなる骨格体7と、骨格体の間隙に形成された水銀圧入法で測定した平均孔径が1μm以上4μm未満の範囲内の3次元網目状の貫通孔8を有し、且つ、水銀圧入法で測定した平均孔径が吸着対象物質の粒径より大きい細孔9を骨格体の表面に分散して有する2重細孔構造を備える。
