Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de séchage et moyens chauffants constitués de structures simples, objet séché par rayonnement infrarouge lointain et procédé d'obtention d'un objet séché tels que des aliments Konjaku. Le dispositif de séchage et les moyens chauffants permettent de sécher uniformément un objet indépendamment de la position de séchage par application sur l'objet d'ions négatifs et de rayons infrarouges lointains fonctionnant comme des rayons lumineux croissants. Les rayons dans l'infrarouge lointain ont une longueur d'onde d'absorption dans l'infrarouge lointain comprise entre 3 et 16 μm. Le dispositif de séchage comporte une partie d'envoi d'un flux d'air (A) avec un générateur d'ions négatifs ainsi que des éléments de maintien de l'objet (10) et des moyens de rayonnement infrarouge lointain se faisant face. Chaque moyen de rayonnement dans l'infrarouge lointain est constitué d'une partie génératrice de chaleur recouverte d'une plaque isolante (B18), cette plaque (B18) étant recouverte d'une par plaque métallique (19) dont la surface est elle-même recouverte d'une couche génératrice de rayon infrarouges lointains (20). Les parties génératrices de chaleur sont chacune obtenues par un fil de nickel chrome (17) disposé sur la surface d'une plaque isolante (A16) et par l'application de rayons dans l'infrarouge lointain à des objets (21) tenus par les éléments de maintien (10). Le séchage au moyen du dispositif de chauffage se fait par exposition des objets (21) à un rayonnement infrarouge lointain et à un flux d'airchargé en ions négatifs.
