Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage et un procédé de fabrication de structure d'assemblage, capables d'améliorer l'étanchéité au gaz et à l'eau d'un élément métallique assemblé. Le procédé d'assemblage agite par friction un élément métallique assemblé (1), qui est formé en provoquant la butée d'un premier élément métallique (1a) et d'un second élément métallique (1b) l'un contre l'autre. Le procédé d'assemblage comprend une première étape d'assemblage proprement dit consistant à agiter la surface (A) de l'élément métallique assemblé (1) par friction contre une partie butée (1) entre le premier élément métallique (1a) et le second élément métallique (1b), une seconde étape d'assemblage proprement dit consistant à agiter l'arrière (B) de l'élément métallique assemblé (1) par friction contre la partie butée (J1), et une étape de soudage latéral consistant à souder la face latérale de l'élément métallique assemblé (1) à la partie butée (J1). Le procédé d'assemblage est caractérisé en ce que l'étape de soudage latéral scelle la zone non plastifiée entre une zone plastifiée côté surface (W1) formée lors de la première étape d'assemblage proprement dit et une zone plastifiée côté arrière (W2) formée lors de la seconde étape d'assemblage proprement dit, avec le métal soudé (T).
