Abstract
【課題】 耐衝撃性、低吸湿性等のスチレン系樹脂の特質を維持しつつ、ガラス転移温度以上において結晶性樹脂と同様の急激な溶融粘度の低下を示すレーザー焼結に好適な樹脂粉体を提供する。 【解決手段】 融点が80°C~250°Cである結晶性樹脂(A)10~80質量%及びスチレン系樹脂(B)20~90質量%を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなり、50%平均粒子径が10~100μmであるレーザー焼結性粉体。成分(A)は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂であることが好ましい。成分(B)は、ゴム強化スチレン系樹脂組成物であることが好ましく、ゴム成分は、エチレン-α-オレフィン系共重合ゴム及び/又はジエン系ゴムの水素添加物であることが好ましい。レーザー焼結性粉体のメルトフローレートは、5~500g/10分であることが好ましい。
