Abstract

 乾燥ホッパ21と、除湿ユニット30と、該乾燥ホッパと該除湿ユニットとの間を連通接続して処理ガスを循環させる処理ガス供給経路40及び処理ガス除湿経路41を有した循環経路とを備え、処理ガスを前記循環経路内を繰り返し循環供給する構成とした粉粒体材料の除湿乾燥システムAにおいて、前記処理ガス供給経路と前記処理ガス除湿経路とは、調整弁45を有したバイパス経路44で連通接続され、前記処理ガス除湿経路には、前記乾燥ホッパから排気された処理ガスの温度を検出する温度検出センサ47が設けられており、前記循環経路を循環する処理ガスの全体の循環風量を、前記バイパス経路の通過量を含めて略一定に保持した条件下で、前記温度検出センサが検出した温度検出信号に基づいて、前記バイパス経路に設けた前記調整弁を開閉制御する制御手段51を備えている。
