Abstract

 滴下した溶融ガラス滴を受けるための下型の製造方法に関して、下型材料の選択肢を狭めることなくエアー溜まりの発生を良好に防止できると共に、耐久性に優れた下型の製造方法等を提供することを目的とする。基材の上に被覆層を成膜する成膜工程と、被覆層の表面を粗面化する粗面化工程とを有する。被覆層は、クロム、アルミニウム、及びチタンのうち少なくとも1つの元素を含むことが好ましい。
