Abstract

 金属と樹脂、特に形状化された一般鋼材の基材と樹脂組成物を、強固に一体化接合できるようにした金属と樹脂の複合体とその製造方法である。   形状化された一般鋼材の表面を、化学エッチング等により超微細凹凸形状でほぼ全面が覆われた鉄の自然酸化膜薄層とし、これをヒドラジン、アンモニア、又は水溶性アミンが化学吸着された鉄鋼材形状物1として射出成形金型10にインサートし、特定の樹脂組成物4を射出する。鉄鋼材形状物1の表面は、金属酸化物又は金属リン酸化物の薄層であってもよい。この射出により一般鋼材と樹脂は強固に一体化した複合体7となる。使用する樹脂組成物4の主樹脂分は、結晶性のポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂(PPS)、又は、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(PBT)である。
