Abstract

 従来のポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子型内成形温度よりも低い型内成形温度で外観、耐熱性及び機械的物性に優れた発泡粒子成型体を得ることができるポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子及びこれを成型して得られる発泡粒子成型体を提供する。  本発明は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子を示差走査熱量測定によって2°C/分の昇温速度で、常温から200°Cまで昇温したときに得られる1回目のDSC曲線において、全吸熱ピーク熱量に対して70~95%の吸熱ピーク熱量を示し、かつ吸熱ピークの頂点温度が100~140°Cの主吸熱ピークと、該主吸熱ピークの高温側に2以上の吸熱ピークとが現れる結晶構造を有することを特徴とする。
