Abstract

 洗浄液を吐出する吐出ノズル(21a)と、洗浄槽(30)又は反応容器(7a)内に吐出ノズルと共に挿入され、洗浄槽又は反応容器内の洗浄液又は反応液を吸引する吸引ノズル(21b)と、吸引ノズルと配管(31)によって接続され、洗浄液又は反応液を廃棄する廃棄容器(33)とを備えた洗浄装置(20)、洗浄ノズルの詰り検知方法及び自動分析装置。洗浄装置(20)は、少なくとも吸引ノズルと配管の中間に設けた電極(32)との間の静電容量が所定の閾値を越えたか否かを検知する検知部(36)と、吸引ノズルに詰りがない場合と判定時とにおける所定の閾値を越える静電容量となる時刻の時間差が所定の時間差閾値以上の場合に吸引ノズルが詰まっていると判定する判定部と、判定部が吸引ノズルに詰りが発生したと判定した際に、吐出ノズルによる反応容器内への洗浄液の吐出を停止させる制御部(45)とを備えている。
