Claims (4)
- 分注ノズルを接続した配管内に液体を充填し、当該配管内で前記液体を移動させて前記分注ノズルから検体または試薬を含む液体試料を吸引し、吸引した液体試料を吐出して分注を行う分注装置における配管内の気泡の有無判定方法であって、
前記配管内の液体を前記分注ノズルから吐出し、前記配管内における圧力変化を検出する工程と、
検出した圧力変化から圧力変化波形の山の数を演算する工程と、
演算した前記山の数に基づいて前記配管内における気泡の有無を判定する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする分注装置における配管内の気泡の有無判定方法。 - 前記気泡の有無を判定する工程は、所定の閾値を越える前記山の数が1以下の場合に前記配管内に気泡が有ると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置における配管内の気泡の有無判定方法。
- 分注ノズルを接続した配管内に液体を充填し、当該配管内で前記液体を移動させることにより、前記分注ノズルから検体または試薬を含む液体試料を吸引し、吸引した液体試料を吐出して分注を行う分注装置であって、
前記配管内における圧力変化を検出する圧力センサと、
前記配管内の液体を前記分注ノズルから吐出し、前記圧力センサが検出した前記配管内の圧力変化から圧力変化波形の山の数を演算し、演算した前記山の数に基づいて前記配管内における気泡の有無を判定する判定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする分注装置。 - 前記判定手段は、所定の閾値を越える前記山の数が1以下の場合に前記配管内に気泡が有ると判定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分注装置。
