Abstract

 生細胞群を含むサンプル液流に測定用レーザ光を照射し、測定用レーザ光の照射を受けて、サンプル液流の各生細胞それぞれから発する、散乱光および蛍光の少なくともいずれか一方の光情報それぞれを取得し、取得された光情報に基づき、各光情報に対応する生細胞が、不要生細胞または目的生細胞のいずれであるかをそれぞれ判別し、判別結果に応じて、サンプル液中の生細胞群のうち不要生細胞と判別された生細胞に対してのみパルス電圧を印加し、不要生細胞に損傷を与えて死細胞とする。
