Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'analyse de végétaux, par excitation lumineuse et mesure de fluorescence, utilisable sur le terrain sans préparation des végétaux. Elle concerne en outre un appareil d'évaluation de la teneur d'un composé dans la peau ou l'épiderme d'un végétal. A partir de l'utilisation d'un tel appareil, l'invention concerne aussi un procédé d'évaluation et de suivi de l'évolution et de la maturation d'une culture, ainsi qu'un procédé de contrôle et de pilotage de traitement de végétaux. La géométrie de l'appareil est caractérisée par une direction des rayons de la lumière d'excitation et une direction des rayons lumineux de fluorescence non colinéaires entre elles. L'appareil comporte plusieurs jeux d'émetteurs de longueurs d'onde différentes, comprenant chacun plusieurs émetteurs, et permet de mesurer une pluralité de combinaisons excitation-fluorescence.
