Abstract

 固定式等速自在継手は、球面状の内周面(14)に軸方向に延びるボール溝(16)を円周方向に等間隔に形成した外輪(10)と、球面状の外周面(24)に軸方向に延びるボール溝(26)を円周方向に等間隔に形成した内輪(20)と、対をなす外輪のボール溝(16)と内輪のボール溝(26)との間に介在させたボール(30)と、ボール(30)を収容するためのポケット(46)を円周方向に所定間隔で形成したケージ(40)とを有し、外輪(10)は熱間鍛造または旋削により製造したものであって調質処理が施してある。
