Abstract

　斜板の傾角の変更により容量を可変可能な圧縮機において、斜板を傾角増大方向に付勢する復帰バネと斜板を傾角減少方向に付勢する傾角減少バネを備えており、復帰バネと傾角減少バネの、圧縮機回転停止時におけるバランス点が、斜板の傾角に関して、吐出反力による斜板の傾角増大方向への角度復帰が確実に可能となる限界角度以上に設定されているとともに、圧縮機回転時ピストン等の往復動によって発生する斜板の傾角を増大させるモーメントと、斜板の回転運動に伴い自身の質量分布によって発生する斜板の傾角を減少させるモーメントの和が、斜板の傾角が限界角度以下の領域にあるときには斜板の傾角を減少させる方向に、限界角度を超える領域にあるときには斜板の傾角を増大させる方向に作用するように設定されている可変容量型斜板式圧縮機。この構成により、安定した斜板の最小傾角運転の維持と、必要に応じての斜板の角度復帰を確実に行うことができる。
