Abstract

　本発明の異方導電接続用フィルムは、第１のフィルム（１１）と、接着フィルム（１２）と、第２のフィルム（１３）とがこの順に積層された積層体（１５）を備える帯状の異方導電接続用フィルム（１０）であって、接着フィルム（１２）が、第２のフィルム（１３）の長手方向の端面（１３ａ）と接着フィルム（１２）の主面（１２ｂ）との交差部Ｘを面内に有しかつ接着フィルム（１２）の主面（１２ｂ）と直交する基準面（１６）よりも張り出している。本発明の異方導電接続用フィルムによれば、接着フィルムを挟んだフィルムのうち一方のフィルムのみを十分確実に選択的に剥離除去することが可能となる。
