Abstract

 一対の防振ゴム2A,2Bの外筒20をブラケット部材3の開口30内に挿入し、一対の防振ゴム2A,2Bをプレート部材4A,4Bで挟み、これらのプレート部材4A,4Bを連結する締結部材5を締め込み、防振ゴム2A,2Bのゴム弾性体22を軸方向に圧縮して構成された防振装置1であって、締結部材5の締め込み前における外筒20の外径は取付孔30の内径よりも小さく、締結部材5の締め込みによってゴム弾性体22が圧縮変形されてブラケット部材3が上下のフランジ部23により挟持され、一対のゴム弾性体22のうちの少なくとも一方にスグリ部26A,26Bが設けられ、一対の外筒20のうちの少なくとも一方にブラケット部材3に対する一対の防振ゴム2A,2Bの周方向位置を決める位置決め部24が設けられている。本発明に拠れば、振動方向に合わせてスグリ部を配置させ、組み立てを容易にし、生産コストを低減させることが可能である。
