Abstract

 本発明は、無機材料のマトリクス中に有機材料が複合化された複合塗膜であって、塗膜内部は規則性のある中空構造を有し、且つ塗膜表面には半球状の凹凸パターンが形成されている有機無機複合塗膜、及び該複合塗膜を焼成することで得られる大面積の構造色膜を提供する。金属アルコキシドと、単分散性の中空ポリマー粒子の水性分散体と、酸触媒とを含有する水性塗料組成物を基材上に塗布した後、硬化することで有機無機複合塗膜が得られ、これを焼成すると構造色膜が得られる。
