本发明所要解决的技术问题就是针对上述现有技术的现状而提供一种可以减少车 位前方所需的通道面积又可提高停车效率的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该悬臂式载车板的一车位停二车 装置它包括一中空的车架, 该车架上设置有车辆提升机构, 所述的车辆提升机构连接一 载车板, 该载车板即为上车位, 而所述车架的中空即为下车位, 所述的车架具有行走机 构, 所述的行走机构包含有行走电机与行走轮, 所述的行走轮连接有轨道, 所述的轨道 与地面固定连接, 其特征在于: 所述的车架包括对称布置于左、 右两侧的两个倒 形架臂, 所述的倒 " τ "形架臂是由相互垂直连接的一水平底座与一垂直导槽体组成; 所述的左、 右两个倒 " τ "形架臂的顶端设置一连接梁; 所述的载车板设置为悬臂式载 车板,所述的悬臂式载车板的端部两侧分别与所述的左、右两个倒 " τ "形架臂相连接; 所述的悬臂式载车板的中部连接所述的车辆提升机构。 上述结构特征是实现两台车上、 下叠放以实现提高单位面积的停车率、釆用可移动短底座车架与悬臂式载车板以最大限 度的减少车辆进出车位所要占据车位前的面积。
所述的倒 " T "形架臂的水平底座的外伸长度可以小于所述的悬臂式载车板的外伸 长度。所述的倒 " τ "形架臂的水平底座的外伸长度大致相当于所述悬臂式载车板的外 伸长度的一半; 这样, 当所述的载车板放下并车辆驶出车库的车位时, 车辆可以从缩短 了的所述的车架水平底座的外伸端转弯即可驶出车库;从而大大减少了车辆进出车位时 所需车位前的面积, 即减少车辆进出车位时必须留有的通道面积。
所述的车辆提升机构可以是包括一带液压传动装置的油缸柱塞,所述的油缸柱塞连 接一多连杆装置; 所述的油缸柱塞的另一端通过活动销轴连接于所述的车架上。
所述的车辆提升机构也可以是包括一带气动装置的气缸柱塞,所述的气缸柱塞连接 一多连杆装置; 所述的气缸柱塞的另一端通过活动销轴连接于所述的车架上。
所述的车辆提升机构也可以是包括一带电机的齿轮传动箱,所述的齿轮传动箱啮合 连接一柱式齿条, 所述的柱式齿条连接一多连杆装置; 所述的柱式齿条的另一端通过活 动销轴连接于所述的车架上。
所述的倒 " τ "形架臂的垂直导槽体中各配置一上滚轮与下滚轮; 所述的上滚轮与 所述的多连杆装置相连接; 所述的下滚轮与所述的悬臂式载车板的一端相连接。
所述的多连杆装置可以是包括相互活动销轴连接的第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆 与第四连杆组成的四连杆机构;所述的第一连杆的一端与所述的垂直导槽体的上端销轴 连接, 所述的第四连杆的上端连接所述的上滚轮, 所述的第四连杆的下端连接所述的下 滚轮。
所述的上滚轮通过所述的第三连杆与所述的升降式载车板的中部相连接;从而构成 所述的悬臂式载车板。
所述的下滚轮与所述的连接点之间的长度可以是小于或等于所述的升降式载车板 总长度的一半。所述的悬臂式载车板的功能是所述的车辆不必完全开出所述的载车板的 全部长度再驶出车库,而车辆只须通过所述的第三连杆与所述的载车板的中部的连接点 后即可转弯驶出车库。 从而可縮小车辆进出车位时的通道面积。
所述的带液压传动装置的油缸柱塞或所述的带气动装置的气缸柱塞或所述的带电 机的齿轮传动箱通过一安装架固定于所述的倒 " τ "形架臂水平底座上。
所述的倒 " τ "形架臂中部可以设置有所述的上车位电磁锁定装置。
所述的车架的外侧可以设置有用于固定所述的行走机构的支撑架。
所述的垂直导槽体的上端固定连接一撑件,所述的撑件与所述的第一连杆的一端销 轴连接。
所述的行走轮设置在所述的水平底座的底面。
本发明悬臂式载车板的一车位停二车装置的安全防护装置可以设置有所述的倒 " τ "形车架移动行程限位开关、 所述的倒 " τ "形车架碰撞障碍物的自动停止移动及 警报装置、以及所述的载车板升降行程限位开关和所述的载车板碰撞障碍物的自动停止 移动及警报装置、 以及所述的载车板上车位电磁锁定装置。
又在所述的载车板的前端可以设置有类似如齿形橡胶防滑垫的由较大磨擦系数材 质制作的带挡块的防滑器以避免载车板放下过程可能产生的向前滑移。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点是: 1. 采用悬臂式载车板与带传动装置的多连杆 机构以驱动载车板升降, 减少车位前方所需的通道面积又可提髙停车效率; 2. 结构简 单, 既可应用于家庭车库一个车位使用; 又可以应用于公共停车埸或地下车库等多个车 位连续排列使用。 ' 附图说明

图 3为本发明的侧向视图; 具体实施方式
无论是室外还是室内停车埸或停车库, 为了提高使用效率, 都希望实现以下两个功 能: 其一是停车埸或停车库的单位面积上的停车率高; 其二是车辆进出停车埸或停车库 的车位时,占据车位前的面积越小越好。
本发明悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置正是基于为实现以上两个功能而设计的。 为了提高单位面积的停车率, 本发明设计成一个车位停两台车, 而且两台车上下叠 放, 即形成上车位 7与下车位 8., 如图 1、 3所示。 又为了最大限度的减少车辆进出车位时 的占据车位前的面积, 即最大限度地减少车辆进出车位时必须留有的通道面积, 本发明 设计了一种结构独特的短型底座以及倒 " Τ "形可移动载车车架。
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图 1至图 3示出了本发明悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置的一个实施方式。包括一可 沿轨道 9移动的中空的载车车架 1, 车架 1的中空设置一个下车位 8, 下车位 8中存放的车 辆是停放在车库的的车位地平面上。 车架 1是可移动的, 可沿着固定设置在车库地面上 的轨道行走, 并进出于车库中。轨道可固定埋入在车库地下。车架 1可容置于一车位 100 中, 车位 100容置于一车库中; 如图 1、 3所示。
车架 1设置有车辆提升机构, 提升机构连接一可升降的悬臂式载车板 11, 载车板 11 上部设置一个上车位 7, 车架 1的中空设置一个下车位 8。 车架 1具有行走电机 12及传动装置 13和车架行走轮 10的行走机构, 行走轮 10连接有 轨道 9, 轨道 9与车库的地面固定连接。
车架 1包括对称布置于左、 右两侧的两个倒 " T "形架臂 101, 倒 " T "形架臂 101 是由相互垂直连接的一水平底座 102与一垂直导槽体 103组成。
行走轮 10设置在水平底座 102的底面。
升降式载车板 11两侧与左、 右两个倒 " T "形架臂 101相连接; 左、 右两个倒 " T " 形架臂 101的顶端设置一连接梁 104, 将左、 右两个倒 " T "形架臂 101相连接为一个整 体。
本发明悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置的一重要发明点的尽可能缩短车架的倒
" "架臂的水平底座 102的长度。水平底座 102的的外伸长度小于悬臂式载车板的外伸 长度;而且车架水平底座 102的外伸长度仅仅为悬臂式载车板 11的外伸长度的一半左右。 这是为了当载车板放下并车辆驶出车库的车位时, 车辆可以从缩短了的车架水平底座 102外伸端转弯驶出车库; 从而大大减少了车辆进出车位时所需车位前的面积, 即最大 限度减少车辆进出车位时必须留有的通道面积。
车辆提升机构包括在垂直导槽体 103中配置的上滚轮 2与下滚轮 5。上滚轮 2与下滚轮 5可在垂直导槽体 103中滚动。 上滚轮 2连接一多连杆装置 3。 下滚轮 5与升降式载车板 11 的端部相连接; 上滚轮 2与升降式载车板 11的中部相连接。 多连杆装置 3由一提升动力源 带动。
因此, 按不同设置的提升动力源有以下三个车辆提升机构的实施方式:
第一个实施方式是车辆提升机构包括一带液压传动装置的油缸柱塞 4,油缸柱塞 4连 接一多连杆装置 3; 油缸柱塞 4的另一端通过活动销轴连接在车架 1上。
第二个实施方式是车辆提升机构包括一带气动装置的气缸柱塞替代带液压传动装 置的油缸柱塞 4, 气缸柱塞连接一多连杆装置 3; 气缸柱塞的另一端通过活动销轴连接于 车架 1上。
第三个实施方式是车辆提升机构包括一带电机的齿轮传动箱替代带液压传动装置 的油缸柱塞 4, 齿轮传动箱啮合连接一柱式齿条, 柱式齿条连接一多连杆装置 3; 柱式齿 条的另一端通过活动销轴连接于所述的车架 1上。
以上三个实施方式可以根据各种环境与动力源的具体条件选取。
垂直导槽体 103中各配置一上滚轮 2与下滚轮 5; 上滚轮 2与下滚轮 5可在垂直导槽体 103中滚动。 上滚轮 2与多连杆装置 3相连接; 下滚轮 5与悬臂式载车板 11的一端相连接。
多连杆装置 3包括相互活动销轴连接的第一连杆 31、 第二连杆 32、 第三连杆 33 与第四连杆 34组成的四连杆机构;第一连杆 31的一端与垂直导槽体 103的上端销轴连 接; 第四连杆 34的上端连接上滚轮 2, 第四连杆 34的下端连接下滚轮 5。 上滚轮 2是通过第三连杆 33与载车板 11的中部相连接, 从而形成一悬臂式载车板。 且下滚轮 5与连接点 35之间的长度小于或等于升降式载车板 11总长度的一半。 因而车辆 只须通过第三连杆 33与载车板 11的中部的连接点 35后即可转弯驶出车库;而车辆不必完 全开出载车板再驶出车库, 如图 2所示。 从而可缩小车辆进出车位时的通道面积。
上述车辆提升机构的三个实施方式中的带液压传动系统的油缸柱塞 4或带气动装 置的气缸柱塞或带电机的齿轮传动箱是通过一安装架 105固定于倒 " T "形架臂水平底 座 102上。
倒 " T "形架臂 101中部设置有上车位 7电磁锁定装置 6。 车架 1的外侧设置有用 于固定所述的行走机构 13的支撑架 12。
垂直导槽体 103的上端固定连接一撑件 105;第一连杆 31的一端与垂直导槽体 103 之间是通过撑件 105连接的。
倒 " T "形架臂 101中部设置有上车位 7电磁锁定装置 6。 以限位载车板升降行程。 车架 1的外侧设置有用于固定行走机构 13的支撑架 12。
车架 1移动是通过车架行走电机 12及传动装置 13和车架行走轮 10,沿预埋的轨道 9驶 入或驶出停车位。
载车板 11的升降是通过装在车架 1上的多连杆机构 3、 柱塞油缸 4液压升降机构或带 气动装置的气缸柱塞升降机构或带电机的齿轮传动箱升降机构使载车板 11沿着车架 1上 的上滚轮 2与下滚轮 5在垂直导向槽 101中上升或下降。
为了避免载车板放下过程在载车板上的车辆可能产生向前滑行动作,在载车板 11的 前端设置有由较大磨擦系数材质制作的带挡块的防滑器 111, 例如齿形橡胶防滑垫等。
本发明悬臂式载车板的一车位停二车装置的操作程序是
(1)在车位中存车 '
第一种情况是当车库的车位内没有停车时,载车板 11已升到上车位高度, 第一辆车 直接驶入车位内存放。
第二种情况是当车位内已经停有一辆车时,将车架沿轨道驶出车位外——放下载 车板——第二辆车驰上载车板——将载车板升至上车位高度——车架沿轨道驶入车 位内复位, 两车叠放。
(2) 取车
第一种情况是下车位的车直接开出车库。
第二种情况是当下车位没有停车时的上车位取车:启动载车板升降机构并将载车板 放下—一—车辆驶出车库的车位。
第三种情况是当下车位已有停车时的上车位取车:将车架沿轨道驶出库外 - ---启动 载车板升降机构并放下载车板 --一车辆驶离载车板, 即车辆驶出车库的车位; 如图 2所 示 -一然后,启动载车板升降机构并将载车板升至上车位 --一车架沿轨道驶入车库的车 位内复位。
本发明悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置的载车板提升与下降动作是采用液压的或 气动的或机械的提升动力源带动连杆机构又带动载车板而实现的。
本发明悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置的操作方式可采用按钮式操作; 也可以采 用按钮式与遥控器兼容操作系统。
本发明悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置的安全防护装置设置有车架移动行程限位 幵关、车架碰撞障碍物的自动停止移动及警报装置; 以及载车板升降行程限位开关和载 车板碰撞障碍物的自动停止移动及警报装置; 以及载车板上车位电磁锁定装置, 以确保 运行操作安全。
本发明实现了一车位停二车而提髙单位面积的停车率的同时,又减少了车辆进出车 位时的通道面积, 且车辆出入车位方便快捷。 可以用于家庭车库单个使用; 也可以多个 连续排列的使用, 多个连续排列的使用对象主要是地下车库等公共停车埸。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 它包括一中空的车架, 该车架上设置有 车辆提升机构, 所述的车辆提升机构连接一载车板, 该载车板即为上车位, 所述的车架 的中空即为下车位, 所述的车架具有行走机构, 其特征在于: 所述的车架 (1)包括对 称布置于左、 右两侧的两个倒 "T"形架臂(101) , 所述的倒 "T"形架臂 (101)是 由相互垂直连接的一水平底座 (102)与一垂直导槽体(103)组成; 所述的左、 右两个 倒 "T"形架臂 (101) 的顶端设置一连接梁(104) ; 所述的载车板设置为悬臂式载车 板(11), 所述的悬臂式载车板 (11) 的端部两侧分别与所述的左、 右两个倒 "τ"形 架臂 (101)相连接; 所述的悬臂式载车板(11) 的中部连接所述的车辆提升机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 倒 "T"形架臂的水平底座 (102) 的外伸长度小于所述的悬臂式载车板 (11) 的外伸 长度。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 倒 "T"形架臂的水平底座 (102) 的外伸长度是所述悬臂式载车板(11) 的外伸长度 的一半。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 车辆提升机构包括一带液压传动装置的油缸柱塞(4) , 所述的油缸柱塞(4)连接一多 连杆装置 (3) ; 所述的油缸柱塞 (4) 的另一端通过活动销轴连接于所述的车架 (1) 上。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 车辆提升机构包括一带气动装置的气缸柱塞, 所述的气缸柱塞连接一多连杆装置(3); 所述的气缸柱塞的另一端通过活动销轴连接于所述的车架 (1)上。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 车辆提升机构包括一带电机的齿轮传动箱, 所述的齿轮传动箱啮合连接一柱式齿条, 所 述的柱式齿条连接一多连杆装置 (3) ; 所述的柱式齿条的另一端通过活动销轴连接于 所述的车架 (1) 上。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 4或 5或 6所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置,其特征在于- 所述的垂直导槽体 (103) 中各配置一上滚轮(2) 与下滚轮 (5) ; 所述的上滚轮(2) 与所述的多连杆装置(3)相连接; 所述的下滚轮(5)与所述的悬臂式载车板(11) 的 一端相连接。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 多连杆装置 (3) 包括相互活动销轴连接的第一连杆 (31 ) 、 第二连杆 (32) 、 第三连 杆(33)与第四连杆(34)组成的四连杆机构; 所述的第一连杆 (31 ) 的一端与所述的 垂直导槽体 (103) 的上端销轴连接, 所述的第四连杆 (34) 的上端连接所述的上滚轮 (2) , 所述的第四连杆('34) 的下端连接所述的下滚轮 (5) 。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 上滚轮(2)通过所述的第三连杆(33)与所述的升降式载车板(11 )的中部连接点(35) 相连接; 所述的下滚轮(5) 与所述的连接点 (35)之间的长度小于所述的升降式载车 板 (11 ) 总长度的一半。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的悬臂式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 行走机构包含有行走电机 (12) 与行走轮(10) , 该行走轮 (10)连接有轨道 (9) , 该轨道(9)与地面固定连接, 所述的行走轮(10)设置在所述的水平底座(102) 的底 面。
