Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un film de polarisation à base d'alcool polyvinylique, et un film de polarisation à base d'alcool polyvinylique préparé par ledit procédé. Le procédé de préparation d'un film de polarisation d'alcool polyvinylique comporte les étapes consistant à : (a) dissoudre un polymère à base d'alcool polyvinylique, un agent de réticulation hydrosoluble, un plastifiant et un agent tensioactif dans de l'eau pour préparer une solution polymère aqueuse d'alcool polyvinylique ; (b) couler en solution, sécher et traiter thermiquement la solution polymère aqueuse d'alcool polyvinylique pour préparer un film d'alcool polyvinylique ; et (c) teinter le film d'alcool polyvinylique. Le procédé de la présente invention peut être utile pour réduire le transfert du polymère d'alcool polyvinylique dans une couche de peau du film, car le polymère d'alcool polyvinylique est réticulé par un agent de réticulation hydrosoluble dans les étapes de coulée en solution et de séchage. De manière correspondante, sont améliorés la propriété tinctoriale et l'aptitude à l'étirage dans les processus ultérieurs de teinture et d'étirage ainsi que les propriétés mécaniques et le degré de polarisation du film de polarisation.
