Abstract

課題  本発明は、より精度良く且つ高感度に検出し得るCGH法、特にCGHマイクロアレイ法を提供することを課題とする。  解決手段 (a)検査対象となる細胞由来のゲノムDNA断片である被検ゲノムDNA断片を下記一般式(1)で示される標識物質または一般式(2)で示される標識物質の何れか一方の標識物質で標識し、当該被検ゲノムDNA断片との違いを検出するための基準となる対照ゲノム断片を残りの一方の標識物質で標識し、(b)標識された被検ゲノムDNA断片と標識された対照ゲノムDNA断片を、被検ゲノム断片と対照ゲノム断片との違いを検出するための核酸配列を含む標本核酸に競合的にハイブリダイズさせ、(c)得られる蛍光強度を指標として、被検ゲノムDNA断片中の増幅または欠失を検出する方法、並びに下記一般式(1)で示される標識物質で標識されたぬくレオチド残基と下記一般式(2)で示される標識物質で標識されたヌクレオチド残基とを含んでなる、当該方法のためのキット。
