Abstract
排ガスなどの被測定ガス中のダイオキシン類濃度と高い濃度相関性を示す有機ハロゲン類を選択的に分離できるようにし、被測定ガス中の前記有機ハロゲン類濃度を測定して、ダイオキシン類濃度を正確に求める方法が提供される。この方法は、被測定ガスを第1又は第2の吸着筒に導入し、表面積10~240m2/gの吸着剤に吸着温度50~200°Cで接触させて、被測定ガス中に含まれる有機ハロゲン類のうち、低揮発性有機ハロゲン類を選択的に吸着し、ついで低揮発性有機ハロゲン類を吸着剤から脱着し、脱着ガスを熱分解装置で分解し、分解ガス中のハロゲン化水素濃度を分析装置で計測し、この値をデータ処理装置に送り、低揮発性有機ハロゲン類濃度を求め、これからダイオキシン類濃度を求める。
