Abstract

穀粉類100重量部に対してカテキン類が0.7~7重量部配合されるようカテキン類含有植物抽出精製物を添加して製造された菓子類であって、カテキン類含有植物抽出精製物中のカテキン類/タンニン重量比が0.81~1.10である菓子類。
