Abstract

 水酸化インジウムの状態で回収する必要がなく、高濃度インジウムとして回収することができ、回収時においてハンドリングの悪さもなく、フィルターなどで容易に回収することができ、回収率が著しく良好となるインジウムの回収方法と装置を提供することを課題とする。少なくともインジウムと塩化第二鉄とを含有する廃液中の塩化第二鉄の濃度が20重量%以下となるように調整されたエッチング廃液に、インジウムよりもイオン化傾向の大きい金属からなる析出用金属を添加し、前記エッチング廃液中に含有されるインジウムを前記析出用金属の表面に析出させ、その後、剥離手段によって前記析出用金属に析出したインジウムを前記析出用金属から剥離して、剥離した固形状のインジウム又はインジウム合金を液分から分離して回収することを特徴とする。
