Abstract

 本発明は、送信機のアンテナのアンテナ指向性パターンの各方向の利得のうち、送信機側から見た受信機の方向を表す送信方向の利得を少なくとも用いて、送信機から送信される信号が受信機で受信される際の受信電界強度を推定し、推定した推定受信電界強度を出力する受信電界強度推定装置に適用される。この受信電界強度推定装置は、アンテナ指向性パターンの各方向の利得について、当該方向を中心とした、送信機から受信機へ到来する信号の方向を表す到来波角度の角度範囲内において、平均化処理を施す平均化処理部(17)と、平均化処理が施されたアンテナ指向性パターンの各方向の利得のうち、送信方向の利得を少なくとも用いて、受信電界強度を計算し、該計算結果を推定受信電界強度として出力する受信電界強度計算部(16)と、を有する。
