Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation à vis (1) possédant une partie bride (13) pouvant être fixée à une plaque plate (un corps de cadre (50)) en enfonçant (45) la partie bride dans un trou (51) formé dans la plaque plate (le corps de cadre (50)), et possédant également une partie tubulaire circulaire (10) contiguë à la partie bride (13) et contenant un espace (15). Un tour de la rainure de vis (20) est formé par usinage à la presse dans la face supérieure (11) de la partie tubulaire circulaire (10) qui referme la pièce tubulaire sur le côté opposé de la partie bride. Ainsi, une série d'étapes de fabrication englobant l'étapes de formation de la rainure de vis peut être réalisée par usinage à la presse. La construction permet la série d'étapes, y compris l'étape consistant à élaborer la rainure de vis, pour fabriquer le dispositif de fixation à vis à réaliser par usinage à la presse.
