Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de gymnastique du type sur lequel on s'assied, dans lequel un siège alterne, grâce à un mécanisme simple, entre la gauche et la droite avec un mouvement de torsion, afin de conférer un mouvement à la taille et à l'abdomen de l'utilisateur qui est assis sur le siège. L'appareil de gymnastique du type sur lequel on s'assied (1) possède un mécanisme de torsion (16) et un mécanisme d'entraînement (17), destiné à entraîner le mécanisme de torsion (16). Le mécanisme de torsion (16) comporte une base d'installation (2) installée sur une surface de sol (F), comporte également le siège (3) installé au-dessus de la base d'installation (2), et est installé entre la base d'installation (2) et le siège (3), et balance latéralement le siège (13), d'une manière oscillante, autour du centre du siège (3), dans une vue en plan.
