Abstract

Système de séchage d'une charge de bois comprenant: des moyens de génération thermique (191) fournissant la chaleur utile au séchage de la charge de bois (23), des moyens d'échange thermique (17) permettant le transfert de la chaleur produite par les moyens de génération thermique (191), à un flux gazeux caloporteur de traitement de la charge de bois (23), des moyens de combustion (191) produisant le gaz C02 caloporteur pour le traitement de la charge de bois (23), une unité de traitement (20) de la charge de bois (23) comprenant un volume central (21), dit volume technique ou de traitement, qui est la partie dédiée au séchage du bois, et des sas d'entrée (24) et de sortie (25) des charges de bois (23), situés aux extrémités amont et aval dudit volume central (21), et des moyens thermiques de déshydratation ou de condensation (11) de la vapeur d'eau extraite du bois au cours du cycle de séchage. Le système développé ici est économe en énergie et respectueux de l'environnement. Il permet de sécher une charge de bois (23) selon un procécédé bio thermique. Le bois à sécher peut être de tout type et notamment du bois d' oeuvre.
