前述用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付系统,其中,所述交易平台进一 步包括一网上支付平台接口模块, 用于与网上支付平台连接。
综上所述,本发明具有如下优点:一,网络游戏虚拟财产实现了在网络游戏 运营商的游戏数据库中从一个游戏账号到另一个游戏账号的转移,实现了真正意 义的交付, 保证了交易的安全可靠; 二, 可实现一个游戏账号下的部分游戏角色 的交付,使交易更具灵活性,买卖双方的的交易对象更加多样,大大提髙了交易 的机会; 三, 实现了完全在线交易, 免去了过多的人为过程所带来的诸多问题, 减少了不法分子以虚拟财产交易为名而进行犯罪活动的可能; 四,使交易过程更 加简单、 迅速, 降低了交易的成本; 五、 买卖双方在进行交易时不必同时在线, 使交易更加方便。

具体实施例
下面参照图 1至图 3说明本发明的具体实施例。
要实现网络游戏虚拟财产的在线交易, 至少通常会有三方不同的参与者:
W 第一方参与者是网络游戏运营商。网络游戏运营商通常运营和管理着特定的 网络游戏产品, 其核心业务是吸引足够多的用户使用其服务, 并为其服务定价, 对于用户在使用其服务而累积的网络游戏虚拟财产,运营商没有处分权,否则它 就侵犯了用户的权益,就要冒流失大量客户的风险。实现其管理的网络游戏虚拟 财产的在线交易仅仅是增加了一项吸引用户的手段,对其核心竞争力的提升效果 不明显, 同时投资的巨大、技术实现的复杂、网上交易的风险等因素同开展此项 业务所带来的收益相比令运营商开展此项业务的动力不足。
第二方参与者是银行或其他商业网上支付平台。银行的核心业务是存款、贷 款、支付, 同时为了配合目前日益火爆的电子商务业务的开展,各家银行纷纷开 通了网上支付业务,为买卖双方真实货币之间的结算和转移提供了方便、安全的 渠道。从银行自身来说, 网络游戏虚拟财产的支付和现实商品的支付是没有任何 区别的,都只是单纯的钱在一个账号到另一个账号之间的转移。银行自身去实现 网络游戏虚拟财产的在线交易是不现实的, 也超出其经营范围。
第三方参与者是用户。用户通常指网络游戏虚拟财产的拥有者和购买者,也 就是网络游戏虚拟财产的卖家和买家。卖家愿卖,买家愿买,一手交钱一手交货, 是交易的基本要求,在目前还不存在在线交易平台的情况下,买卖双方要完成交 易,只能通过发布交易消息, 约定交易地点和时间, 见面或委托第三方担保等方 式完成交易。本实施例提供的用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付方法及系统 正是基于这种需求而设计的。
参照图 1, 本实施例提供的用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付系统, 包 括网络游戏运营商系统 1、 交易平台 3、 多个卖方用户端 4、 多个买方用户端 5、 适配器 2以及网上支付平台 6。 实际运用中, 网络游戏运营商系统 1和网上支付 平台 6通常有多个,相应地,适配器 2也应该有多个。上述各组成部分通常为连 接于互联网上的计算机。卖方用户端 4和买方用户端 5通常可集成在一台计算机 上, 而并非是两台设备, 在本实施例中, 为了方便说明将其按功能分开描述。
网络游戏运营商系统 1是现有技术中已经存在的系统,其包含一游戏数据库 11, 用于存储游戏账号、 与游戏账号对应的密码及虚拟财产记录; 交易平台 3 连接有多个卖方用户端 4、 多个买方用户端 5并可处理各卖方用户端 4、 买方用 户端 5的浏览、 交易请求; 网上支付平台 6与交易平台 3连接, 根据交易平台 3 的请求实现支付; 各卖方用户端 4、 买方用户端 5在地理上可分布于远距离的各 个地方, 供卖方和买方操作以进行网络游戏虚拟财产的交易。
上述网上支付平台 6指为实现商品交易的网上支付而在互联网上建立的支 付系统平台,包括各银行金融机构的网上支付系统平台及各商家基于银行金融机 构上建立的网上支付系统平台等, 是现有的成熟技术, 不再进行详细说明。
适配器 2连接于交易平台 3和游戏数据库 11之间, 为两者的数据交换提供 接口。该适配器 2包括:身份验证模块 21用于接收交易平台 3传来的游戏账号、 密码, 到游戏数据库 11中验证游戏账号、 密码的合法性, 为合法的用户创建一 包含游戏账号和有效时间的令牌并返回给交易平台 3; 虚拟财产浏览模块 22用 于接收从交易平台 3传来的令牌和浏览请求, 到游戏数据库 11或其暂存区中读 取所请求的虚拟财产记录, 并将虚拟财产 ID号及明细信息发送到交易平台 3, 供其解析到卖方用户端 4或买方用户端 5进行显示; 虚拟财产锁定模块 23用于 接收从交易平台 3传来的令牌、欲出售的虚拟财产 ID号,到游戏数据库 11中将 该 ID号对应的虚拟财产记录移出到游戏数据库 11的暂存区中, 用一锁定 ID号 表示该存储位置, 将该锁定 ID号及对应的虚拟财产的明细信息返回给交易平台 3,供其解析到买方用户端 5显示;虚拟财产转移模块 24接收从交易平台 3传来 的令牌、欲买进的虚拟财产的锁定 ID号,将暂存区中该锁定 ID号及对应的虛拟 财产转移到游戏数据库 11中该令牌中包含的游戏账号下。
参照图 2,显示了卖方欲卖出其所拥有的网络游戏虚拟财产时系统的工作流 程。
首先, 卖方在卖方用户端 4输入游戏账号和密码(步骤 S1), 交易平台 3接
收该游戏账号和密码,并将接收到的游戏账号和密码发送到适配器 2 (步骤 έ2), 密码按照明文格式, 在传输过程中进行加密; 适配器 2的身份验证模块 21根据 游戏账号查询存储于游戏数据库 11中的身份验证列表中的密码, 该身份验证列 表也可能存在于另外一个独立的数据库中,如果不存在该游戏账号记录,则直接 返回身份验证失败到交易平台 3,如果存在该游戏账号记录则从该身份验证列表 中读取对应的密码,根据网络游戏的不同,可能需要将该密码解密成明文, 或将 来自交易平台 3的密码按特定的算法转换成密文,然后将交易平台 3传来的密码 和从身份验证列表中査询到的密码进行比较,如不一致则直接返回身份验证失败 信息到交易平台 3, 如果一致则身份认证通过, 适配器 2创建一个包含该游戏账 号和有效时间的卖方令牌返回给交易平台 3 (步骤 S3、 S4)。
第二, 卖方在卖方用户端 4操作, 输入浏览虚拟财产的请求(步骤 S5), 交 易平台 3将对应的卖方令牌和浏览请求发送给适配器 2 (步骤 S6); 适配器 2的 虚拟财产浏览模块 22验证该卖方令牌的合法性, 若不合法则返回一令牌无效信 息给交易平台 3, 若合法, 则到游戏数据库 11中读取该卖方令牌包含的游戏账 号对应的虚拟财产记录, 将其 ID号及明细信息整理成格式化的 XML格式 SOAP 数据流,返回到交易平台 3 (步骤 S7); 交易平台 3将该虚拟财产的 ID号及明细 信息解析出来, 并发送到卖方用户端 4 (步骤 S8); 卖方用户端 4根据交易平台 3发送的内容显示卖方的游戏账号中的各虚拟财产的 ID号及明细信息 (步骤 S9)。
第三,卖方在卖方用户端 4操作,选择欲出售的该游戏账号下的虚拟财产的 ID号(步骤 S10), 交易平台 3将该 ID号及对应的卖方令牌发送到适配器 2 (步 骤 S11); 适配器 2的虚拟财产转移模块 23检验该卖方令牌的合法性, 若其不合 法, 则返回令牌无效的信息给交易平台 3, 若合法, 则查询游戏数据库 11, 将该 卖方令牌中的游戏账号下与该 ID号对应的虚拟财产记录移动到暂存区 (步骤 S12);然后用一锁定 ID号表示该虚拟财产,并将该锁定 ID号对应的虚拟财产的 明细信息返回给信息平台 3 (步骤 S13)。
上述工作流程完成了将根据卖方的要求将选择其虚拟财产挂牌出卖的过程。 参照图 3, 显示了买方将挂牌待出卖的网络游戏虚拟财产买进的过程。
首先,买方在买方用户端 5输入其游戏账号和密码(步骤 S14), 交易平台 3 接收该游戏账号和密码, 并将接收到的游戏账号和密码发送到适配器 2 (步骤 S15), 密码按照明文格式, 在传输过程中进行加密; 适配器 2 的身份验证模块 21根据游戏账号査询存储于游戏数据库 11中的身份验证列表中的密码,该身份 验证列表也可能存在于另外一个独立的数据库中, 如果不存在该游戏账号记录, 则直接返回身份验证失败到交易平台 3,如果存在该游戏账号记录则从该身份验 证列表中读取对应的密码,根据网络游戏的不同,可能需要将该密码解密成明文, 或将来自交易平台 3的密码按特定的算法转换成密文,然后将交易平台 3传来的 密码和从身份验证列表中査询到的密码进行比较,如不一致则直接返回身份验证 失败信息到交易平台 3, 如果一致则身份认证通过, 适配器 2创建一个包含该游 戏账号和有效时间的买方令牌返回给交易平台 3 (步骤 S16、 S17) =
第二,买方在买方用户端 5操作,输入浏览挂牌待出售的虚拟财产的请求 (步 骤 S18), 交易平台 3将对应的买方令牌和浏览请求发送给适配器 2 (步骤 S19); 适配器 2的虚拟财产浏览模块 22验证该买方令牌的合法性, 若不合法则返回一 令牌无效信息给交易平台 3, 若合法, 则到游戏数据库 11 .的暂存区中读取挂牌 待出售的虚拟财产记录, 将其锁定 ID号及明细信息整理成格式化的 XML格式 SOAP数据流, 返回到交易平台 3 (步骤 S20), 交易平台 3将该虚拟财产的 ID号 及明细信息解析出来, 并发送到买方用户端 5 (步骤 S21 ); 买方用户端 5据交易 平台 3发送的内容显示挂牌待出售的各虛拟财产的锁定 ID号及明细信息(步骤
522)。
第三, 买方在买方用户端 5操作, 选择欲购买的网络游戏虚拟财产(步骤
523) ;交易平台 3通过其网上支付平台接口模块 31,调用网上支付平台 6,在买 方用户端 5显示一支付请求,只有买方根据该支付请求在网上支付平台 6完成支
付(步骤 S24), 交易平台才将买方输入的欲购买的虛拟财产的锁定 ID号发送给 适配器 2 (步骤 S25), 适配器 2的虚拟财产转移模块 24验证该买方令牌的合法 性, 若不合法则返回一令牌无效信息给交易平台 3, 若合法, 则将暂存区中该锁 定 ID号对应的虚拟财产项转移到游戏数据库 11中,并写入该买方令牌包含的游 戏账号下(步骤 S26)。 至此, 系统完成了买方购进挂牌待出售的网络游戏虚拟 财产的过程。
上述可出售的网络游戏虚拟财产具体可包括两种类型: 一种是游戏数据库 11 中的仓库表中的记录, 即各种道具可以单独出售; 二是各种游戏角色, 每个 角色包括职业、 等级、 属性点分配、 身上及包裹拥有的道具等内容。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡 利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动, 均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行 为。
工业实用性
本发明用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付方法,是建立一带有在线支付 功能的支持众多买卖用户端的交易平台,并在交易平台和网络游戏运营商系统之 间建立一适配器,通过对该适配器作出的一系列标准化定义,使交易平台和网络 游戏运营商系统的游戏数据库之间能够进行数据交换,从而实现在买卖用户端操 作可改变网络游戏中形成的虚拟财产与游戏账号之间的对应关系,以实现网络游 戏虚拟财产的真正地、安全地交付,以保证网络游戏虚拟财产的交易能顺利进行, 具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims
1、 用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付方法, 包括:
1) 建立一交易平台, 该交易平台连接有多个买卖用户端, 在该交易平台和 网络游戏运营商系统之间建立一适配器;
2) 交易平台将卖方用户端和买方用户端输入的游戏账号和密码传给该适配 器, 适配器到网络游戏运营商系统的游戏数据库中验证游戏账号和密码的正确 性,验证通过后,适配器产生包含卖方游戏账号、有效时间的卖方令牌和包含买 方游戏账号、 有效时间的买方令牌返回给交易平台;
3) 交易平台根据卖方用户端的浏览请求将获得的卖方令牌传给适配器, 适 配器对该卖方令牌进行验证,验证通过后,在游戏数据库中读取该卖方游戏账号 对应的虚拟财产记录, 并将其虚拟财产 ID号及明细信息发送给交易平台, 交易 平台对其进行解析后发送到卖方用户端进行显示;
4) 交易平台根据卖方用户端的出售请求将卖方令牌及欲交付的虚拟财产的 ID号传到适配器, 适配器根据卖方令牌中的卖方游戏账号查询游戏数据库, 将 该 ID号对应的虚拟财产记录移出到游戏数据库的暂存区中,用一锁定 ID号表示 该存储位置, 将该锁定 ID号及对应的虚拟财产的明细信息返回给交易平台, 交 易平台根据买方用户端的浏览请求将该锁定 ID及其对应的虚拟财产的明细信息 发送到买方用户端进行显示;
5) 交易平台根据买方用户端的交付请求将买方令牌、 买方游戏账号和欲买 进的虚拟财产的锁定 ID号传给适配器, 适配器对该买方令牌进行验证, 验证通 过后将游戏数据库暂存区中该锁定 ID对应的虚拟财产记录转移到游戏数据库中 该买方游戏账号对应的位置中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的用于网络游戏虛拟财产交易的在线交付方法, 进一 步包括,交易平台收到买方用户端的交付请求时,调用网上支付平台,在买方用 户端显示一支付请求,只有买方用户端按网上支付平台请求进行支付,并且支付
成功, 才允许进行交付。
3、如权利要求 1所述的用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付方法,其中, 所述游戏数据库中每一游戏账号对应的虚拟财产记录包括游戏道具列表和游戏 角色信息,适配器在读取一游戏账号对应的虚拟财产记录时,将道具列表中的各 道具的明细信息及各游戏角色信息整理成格式化的 XML格式 SOAP数据流, 发送 到交易平台, 供其解析在客户端显示。
4、 用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付系统, 包括网络游戏运营商系统、 交易平台、用户端及一适配器, 网络游戏运营商系统包含一游戏数据库,用于存 储游戏账号、与游戏账号对应的密码及虚拟财产记录,交易平台连接有多个用户 端并可处理各用户端的浏览、交易请求,适配器连接于交易平台和游戏数据库之 间, 为两者的数据交换提供接口, 该适配器进一步包括:
身份验证模块, 接收交易平台传来的游戏账号、 密码, 到游戏数据库中 验证游戏账号、 密码的合法性, 为合法的用户创建一包含游戏账号和有效时 间的令牌并返回给交易平台;
虚拟财产浏览模块, 接收从交易平台传来的令牌和浏览请求, 到游戏数 据库或其暂存区中读取所请求的虚拟财产记录,并将虚拟财产 ID号及明细信 息发送到交易平台, 供其解析到用户端进行显示;
虛拟财产锁定模块, 接收从交易平台传来的令牌、欲出售的虚拟财产 ID 号,到游戏数据库中将该 ID号对应的虚拟财产记录移出到游戏数据库的暂存 区中, 用一锁定 ID号表示该存储位置, 将该锁定 ID号及对应的虚拟财产的 明细信息返回给交易平台, 供其解析到用户端显示;
虚拟财产转移模块, 接收从交易平台传来的令牌、 欲买进的虚拟财产的 锁定 ID号, 将暂存区中该锁定 ID号及对应的虚拟财产转移到游戏数据库中 该令牌中包含的游戏账号下。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的用于网络游戏虚拟财产交易的在线交付系统, 其中, 所述交易平台进一步包括一网上支付平台接口模块, 用于与网上支付平台连接。
