Abstract

Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird eine Werkzeughalter (1) zur Schrumpfbefestigung von Werkzeugen aufgezeigt, der aufgrund seiner besonderen Konturgebung im Bereich von Schrumpffutterkopf (6) und Schrumpffutterfuß (5) des Werkzeughalters (1) wesentlich weniger schwingungsanfällig ist als bekannte Werkzeughalter, wodurch u. a. höhere Drehzahlen möglich sind, so dass die Zerspanungsleistung, die durch die Drehzahl des Werkzeugs, den Vorschub des Werkzeugs und die Schnitttiefe des Werkzeugs bestimmt wird, erhöht werden kann und so gleichzeitig die zur Herstellung eines Werkstücks erforderlichen Maschinenlaufzeiten reduziert werden können. Mit einem Werkzeughalter (1) der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine wesentlich effizientere und ökonomischer Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Werkstücken möglich.
