技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种铣床床身孔双面数控镗床,用于加工铣床床身上的内孔。
背景技术:
随着机床产品向高速、高效、自动化方向的发展,加工通用铣床的床身孔的精度、效率急需提高,以前靠通用镗床加工,精度和效率低,产品质量稳定性差。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种铣床床身孔双面数控镗床,粗、精、浮动镗加工,一次装夹毛坯完成成品加工。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:由中间底座和固定在两端的侧底座构成整个底座,每个侧底座上固定有数控滑台,数控滑台上装置主轴箱,主轴箱后接以变频电机为动力的动力箱,主轴箱端面伸出主轴;中间底座上设置夹具,夹具有对工件外轮廓的支撑点和上部油缸带动的夹紧爪;中间底座上设置刀杆总成,刀杆总成有前镗模架和后镗模架,前镗模架和后镗模架支撑刀杆,刀杆上装置刀具;刀杆通过浮动卡头与主轴连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:一次装夹毛坯完成多孔成品加工,提高了生产效率,保证了孔距精度,降低了加工难度。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,由中间底座7和固定在两端的侧底座2构成整个底座,每个侧底座2上固定有数控滑台1,数控滑台1上装置主轴箱5,主轴箱5后接以变频电机3为动力的动力箱4,主轴箱5端面伸出主轴9;中间底座7上设置夹具6,夹具6有对工件15外轮廓的支撑点和上部油缸带动的夹紧爪;中间底座7上设置刀杆总成8。
参照图2:刀杆总成8有前镗模架11和后镗模架14,前镗模架11和后镗模架14支撑刀杆12,刀杆12上装置刀具13;刀杆12通过浮动卡头10与主轴9连接。粗、精镗完后,卸下固定式刀具13,换上浮动镗刀,即可进行浮动镗。
工作时,把工件15放置于夹具6上,通过两数控滑台1带动两主轴箱5前进,变频电机3带动刀杆12旋转驱动镗孔,被加工件靠燕尾上面及侧面定位,四根刀杆,两边各设两根,能同时镗削四个孔系。

1、一种铣床床身孔双面数控镗床,由中间底座和固定在两端的侧底座构成整个底座,其特征在于:每个侧底座(2)上固定有数控滑台(1),数控滑台(1)上装置主轴箱(5),主轴箱(5)后接以变频电机(3)为动力的动力箱(4),主轴箱(5)端面伸出主轴(9);中间底座(7)上设置夹具(6),夹具(6)有对工件(15)外轮廓的支撑点和上部油缸带动的夹紧爪;中间底座(7)上设置刀杆总成(8),刀杆总成(8)有前镗模架(11)和后镗模架(14),前镗模架(11)和后镗模架(14)支撑刀杆(12),刀杆(12)上装置刀具(13);刀杆(12)通过浮动卡头(10)与主轴(9)连接。
