Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schutzstecker (1) für ein Anschlussmodul (30), insbesondere in einem Endverzweiger, umfassend mindestens einen Überspannungsabieiter (5), ein Kunststoffgehäuse (2), mindestens zwei Anschlusskontakte und mindestens einen Erdkontakt, wobei über die Anschlusskontakte der Überspannungsabieiter (5) mit Anschlusskontakten eines Anschlussmoduls (30) verbindbar ist und über den Erdkontakt eine elektrische Verbindung vom Überspannungsabieiter (5) zu einer unter dem Anschlussmodul (30) angeordneten Erdschiene (32) herstellbar ist, wobei der Überspannungsabieiter (5) auf einer Leiterplatte (4) angeordnet ist, die Anschlusskontakte als Doppel-Gabelkontakte (3) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Doppel-Gabelkontakte (3) mit einem Anschlag (3c) ausgebildet sind, der an eine Anschlagkante im Gehäuse (2) anschlägt.
Description
Schutzstecker für ein Anschlussmodul
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schutzstecker für ein Anschlussmodul, insbesondere in einem Endverzweiger.
Endverzweiger bzw. Kabelendverzweiger stellen typischerweise die letzte Anschlussstelle zwischen der Systemseite und dem Teilnehmer dar. Daher sind Endverzweiger lokal auch in der Nähe der Teilnehmer angeordnet, beispielsweise an einer Hauswand. Ein Endverzweiger besteht typischerweise aus einem Gehäuse, in dem mehrere Anschlussmodule angeordnet sind, die zum Anschließen von Doppeladern ausgelegt sind. Dabei sind die Kontakte zum Anschließen der Doppeladern vorzugsweise in zwei parallelen Reihen angeordnet, wobei an die eine Reihe die ankommenden Systemadern und an die andere Reihe die zum Teilnehmer abgehenden Doppeladern angeschlossen werden. Zur Begrenzung von Beeinflussungsspannungen durch atmosphärische Entladungen und Kurzzeit- Starkstrombeeinflussungen ist es bekannt, Überspannungsabieiter zu verwenden. Zum Einschleifen der Überspannungsabieiter weisen die Anschlussmodule beispielsweise herausstehende Kontaktfedern auf, die mit den Anschlusskontakten des Anschlussmoduls verbunden sind. Dabei sind typischerweise zwei einander gegenüberliegende Anschlusskontakte miteinander verbunden. Auf diese Kontaktfedern wird ein Schutzstecker bzw. ein Schutzmagazin gesteckt. Allgemein spricht man von einem Schutzstecker, wenn eine Doppelader abgesichert wird, wohingegen bei einem Magazin mehrere Doppeladern gleichzeitig abgesichert werden. Nachfolgend soll der Begriff Schutzstecker jedoch so aufgefasst werden, dass dieser auch die Absicherung mehrerer Doppeladern umfasst. Diese Schutzstecker weisen entsprechend der Anzahl der abzusichernden Adern eine entsprechende Anzahl zweipoliger Überspannungsabieiter auf, wobei die Erdanschlüsse über einen Kontakt mit einer Erdschiene verbunden werden.
Aus der DE 33 06 263 C2 ist eine Anschlussleiste, insbesondere für einen Endverzweiger der Fernmeldetechnik, mit einem gattungsgemäßen Schutzstecker bekannt.
Ausgehend von einem solchen Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung das technische Problem zugrunde, einen Schutzstecker zu schaffen, der einen einfachen Aufbau hat und mittels dessen ein Anschlussmodul mit angeordneten Kontaktfedern gegen Überspannungen abgesichert werden kann.
Die Lösung des technischen Problems ergibt sich durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Hierzu ist der Überspannungsabieiter auf einer Leiterplatte angeordnet, wobei die Anschlusskontakte als Doppel-Gabelkontakte mit einem Anschlag ausgebildet sind, der an eine Anschlagkante im Gehäuse anschlägt. Hierdurch wird zum einen erreicht, dass defekte Überspannungsabieiter sehr einfach und leicht ausgewechselt werden können. Zum anderen ist auch die erstmalige Bestückung des Schutzsteckers einfacher, da die auf die Leiterplatte aufgelöteten Überspannungsabieiter gleichzeitig durch Einstecken der Leiterplatte eingesetzt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Gabelkontakte besser Fertigungstoleranzen der Kontaktfedern ausgleichen können. Zur Fertigung des Schutzsteckers werden vorzugsweise zunächst die Doppel-Gabelkontakte in das Gehäuse von der Rückseite eingeführt, wobei die Doppel-Gabelkontakte mit ihrem Anschlag an die Anschlagkante anstoßen. Anschließend wird dann die Leiterplatte eingesteckt, wodurch sich jeweils ein Gabelkontakt des Doppel-Gabelkontaktes auf die Leiterplatte schiebt und dort eine Leiterbahn zu den Überspannungsableitern kontaktiert. Die Überspannungsabieiter sind vorzugsweise als dreipolige Überspannungsabieiter ausgebildet, so dass jeweils ein Überspannungsabieiter eine Doppelader absichert.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Erdkontakt als Doppel- Gabelkontakt ausgebildet, der von der Vorderseite eingesteckt und durch die
Leiterplatte verriegelt ist. Auch hier kommen wieder die Vorteile der Gabelkontakte gegenüber Fertigungstoleranzen der Erdschiene und der Leiterplatte zum Tragen.
Vorzugsweise ist der Doppel-Gabelkontakt mit einer Abwinkelung ausgebildet. Hierdurch ist es möglich, dass der eine Gabelkontakt die Leiterplatte kontaktiert und der andere Gabelkontakt zur Kontaktierung der Erdschiene unterhalb der Gabelkontakte der Anschlusskontakte für die Kontaktfedern des Anschlussmoduls liegt. Der als Doppel-Gabelkontakt ausgebildete Erdkontakt wird dabei vorzugsweise schräg in eine Öffnung von der Vorderseite eingeführt und gedreht. Dies erfolgt vor dem Einstecken der Leiterplatte, die dann im eingeschobenen Zustand den Doppel- Gabelkontakt verriegelt.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Gehäuse des Schutzsteckers mit einem Rastelement ausgebildet, das die Leiterplatte fixiert.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Überspannungsabieiter mit einem Fail-Safe-Kontakt ausgebildet, so dass nach einer aufgetretenen Überspannung die Doppeladern permanent gegen Masse geschaltet sind.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst der Schutzstecker mindestens zwei Überspannungsabieiter, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei diese in Längsrichtung zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind. Hierdurch kann bei einer schmalen Breite der Leiterplatte sichergestellt werden, dass insbesondere bei der Ausführungsform mit Fail-Safe-Kontakt es zu keiner Behinderung der Fail-Safe- Funktion kommt.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist jedem Überspannungsabieiter ein Erdkontakt zugeordnet. Dadurch verteilen sich die Masseströme gleichmäßig über die Erdkontakte, so dass die notwendigen Anforderungen an die Stromtragfähigkeit der einzelnen Kontakte nicht zu hoch sind.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Die Fig. zeigen:

In der Fig. 1 ist der Schutzstecker 1 in einer Explosionsdarstellung gezeigt. Der Schutzstecker 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 2, vier Doppel-Gabelkontakte 3, zwei Doppelgabelkontakte 11 und eine Leiterplatte 4.
Das Gehäuse 2 ist vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet und besteht vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, weiter vorzugsweise aus PC-ABS. Jeder der vier als Doppel- Gabelkontakt 3 ausgebildeten Anschlusskontakte weist an seinen gegenüberliegenden Enden einen Gabelkontakt 3a, 3b auf. Dabei dient der eine Gabelkontakt 3a zum Kontaktieren einer Leiterbahn 4a, 4c auf der Leiterplatte 4 und der andere Gabelkontakt 3b zum Kontaktieren einer Kontaktfeder 31 eines Anschlussmoduls 30. Zwischen den beiden Gabelkontakten 3a, 3b ist ein Anschlag 3c angeordnet. Auf der Leiterplatte 4 ist ein Paar von jeweils drei parallel nebeneinander verlaufenden Leiterbahnen 4a, 4b, 4c angeordnet, die einem Überspannungsabieiter 5 zugeordnet sind, so dass auf der Leiterplatte 4 zwei dreipolige Überspannungsabieiter 5 mit einem Fail-Safe-Kontakt 6 angeordnet sind. Die mittlere Leiterbahn 4b kontaktiert hierbei den mittleren Kontakt 7 und die äußeren Leiterbahnen 4a, 4c die äußeren Elektroden 8, 9 des Überspannungsabieiters 5. Die Kontaktierung erfolgt beispielhaft über eine Lötverbindung. Im Bereich der beiden äußeren Elektroden 8, 9 ist ein Fail-Safe-Kontakt 6 mit Kurzschlussbügeln 10 ausgebildet, über die die beiden äußeren Elektroden 8, 9 beim Schmelzen einer Kunststofffolie mit dem Masseanschluss kurzgeschlossen werden. Weiter umfasst der Schutzstecker 1 zwei Doppel-Gabelkontakte 11 , die jeweils an beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden Gabelkontakte 11a und 11b aufweisen. Die Doppel- Gabelkontakte 11 bilden die Erdkontakte des Schutzsteckers 1. Dabei dient der Gabelkontakt 11a zum Kontaktieren der mittleren Leiterbahn 4b auf der Leiterplatte 4, um eine elektrische Verbindung zum mittleren Kontakt 7 des
Überspannungsabieiters 5 herzustellen. Der Gabelkontakt 11b dient zum Kontaktieren einer metallischen Erdschiene 32. Die beiden Gabelkontakte 11a, 11 b sind über eine Abwinkelung 11c miteinander verbunden.
Das Gehäuse 2 umfasst eine Trennwand 13, an deren unterem Ende an der Rückseite 19 des Gehäuses 2 ein Rastelement 14 angeordnet ist. Weiter umfasst das Gehäuse 2 vier rippenförmige Elemente 15, zwei Öffnungsschlitze 16 sowie eine Platte 17.
Zur Montage des Schutzsteckers 1 werden zunächst die vier Doppel-Gabelkontakte 3 von der Rückseite 19 in das Gehäuse 2 eingeführt. Dabei ist das Gehäuse 2 vorzugsweise derart strukturiert, dass kammerförmige Bereiche gebildet werden, in die die Doppel-Gabelkontakte 3 eingeführt werden können. Die Doppel- Gabelkontakte 3 stoßen dann mit dem Anschlag 3c an eine Anschlagkante im Gehäuse 2 an. Anschließend werden die beiden Doppel-Gabelkontakte 11 an der Vorderseite 20 von oben schräg in die beiden Öffnungsschlitze 16 gesteckt und nach unten gedreht. Als letzter Schritt wird dann die Leiterplatte 4 in das Gehäuse 2 von der Rückseite 19 eingeschoben. Dabei schieben sich die Gabelkontakte 3a, 11a über die Leiterplatte 4 und kontaktieren die auf der Ober- und/oder Unterseite der Leiterplatte 4 angeordneten Leiterbahnen 4a, 4b, 4c. Im vollständig eingeschobenen Zustand rastet das Rastelement 14 hinter die Leiterplatte 4 und fixiert diese. Die Leiterplatte 4 hingegen fixiert bzw. verriegelt die Doppel-Gabelkontakte 3, 11.
Die Kontaktfedern 31 sind mit nicht dargestellten Anschlusskontakten des Anschlussmoduls 30 verbunden. Die Anschlusskontakte sind dabei vorzugsweise als Schneid-Klemm-Kontakte ausgebildet. Im dargestellten Beispiel würde das Anschlussmodul 30 2 x 4 Anschlusskontakte aufweisen, um jeweils zwei Doppeladern auf der System- und der Teilnehmerseite anzuschließen, wobei jeweils ein der Systemseite zugeordneter Anschlusskontakt mit einem Anschlusskontakt der Teilnehmerseite angeordnet ist. Die Anschlusskontakte sind dabei vorzugsweise von der der Unterseite 33 gegenüberliegenden Oberseite zugänglich.
In der Fig. 2 ist der Schutzstecker 1 im zusammengesteckten Zustand dargestellt. Dabei erkennt man weiter, dass die rippenförmigen Elemente 15 Öffnungen 18
aufweisen, in die die Kontaktfedern 31 des Anschlussmoduls 30 eindringen können und von den Gabelkontakten 3b von oben und unten beidseitig umgriffen werden, wodurch eine sehr stabile elektrische Verbindung entsteht. Weiter erkennt man, dass die Gabelkontakte 11b unterhalb der Gabelkontakte 3b liegen, um so die unterhalb des Anschlussmoduls 30 angeordnete Erdschiene 32 zu kontäktieren.
In der Fig. 3 ist der Schutzstecker 1 in einer perspektivischen Rückansicht dargestellt. Dabei erkennt man insbesondere, dass die beiden Überspannungsabieiter 5 nebeneinander, aber in Längsrichtung L des Gehäuses 2 versetzt angeordnet sind, um einen ausreichenden Abstand zwischen den Fail-Safe- Kontakten 6 zu gewährleisten. Über die Platte 17 kann dann der Schutzstecker 1 , wenn dieser mit dem Anschlussmodul verbunden ist, leicht mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers herausgezogen werden.
In der Fig. 4 ist schließlich der Schutzstecker 1 in einer Schnittdarstellung gezeigt, wobei die Schnittlinie durch einen Doppel-Gabelkontakt 11 verläuft.

Claims
1. Schutzstecker für ein Anschlussmodul, insbesondere in einem Endverzweiger, umfassend mindestens einen Überspannungsabieiter, ein Kunststoffgehäuse, mindestens zwei Anschlusskontakte und mindestens einen Erdkontakt, wobei über die Anschlusskontakte der Überspannungsabieiter mit Anschlusskontakten eines Anschlussmoduls verbindbar ist und über den Erdkontakt eine elektrische Verbindung vom Überspannungsabieiter zu einer unter dem Anschlussmodul angeordneten Erdschiene herstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überspannungsabieiter (5) auf einer Leiterplatte (4) angeordnet ist, die Anschlusskontakte als Doppel-Gabelkontakte (3) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Doppel-Gabelkontakte (3) mit einem Anschlag (3c) ausgebildet sind, der an eine Anschlagkante im Gehäuse (2) anschlägt.
2. Schutzstecker nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlusskontakte und die Leiterplatte (4) von der Rückseite (19) des Gehäuses (2) eingeschoben sind.
3. Schutzstecker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erdkontakt als Doppel-Gabelkontakt (11 ) ausgebildet ist, von der Vorderseite (20) in das Gehäuse (2) eingesteckt und durch die Leiterplatte (4) verriegelt ist.
4. Schutzstecker nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Doppel- Gabelkontakt (11) mit einer Abwinkelung (11c) ausgebildet ist.
5. Schutzstecker nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) mit einem Rastelement (14) ausgebildet ist, das die Leiterplatte (4) fixiert.
6. Schutzstecker nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überspannungsabieiter (5) mit einem Fail-Safe- Kontakt (6) ausgebildet ist.
7. Schutzstecker nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzstecker (1 ) mindestens zwei Überspannungsabieiter (5) umfasst, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei diese in Längsrichtung (L) zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
8. Schutzstecker nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Überspannungsabieiter (5) genau ein Erdkontakt bzw. Doppel-Gabelkontakt (11 ) zugeordnet ist.
